Tour and Temperament Evaluation
For the safety and happiness of all dogs in our care, we require that each pet be evaluated by our staff. The “Tour and Temperament Evaluation” Evaluation allows the pet to become familiar and more comfortable with the staff, the resort and other guests. The Ice Breaker also allows staff to evaluate your pet’s personality to determine which play group will best suit them. If for any reason your pet has trouble adjusting, we will do our very best to work with both you and your pet until we are able to find a solution.
Some pets may not be permitted due to aggressive behaviors towards staff or other pets. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment in which you can feel confident leaving your pet to play!
Keeping Your Pet Healthy & Safe
At Southern Oasis Pet Resort & Spa of Clinton, your pet’s health and safety are always our top priority. To ensure a safe environment for all of our guests, we require up-to-date vaccination records from a licensed veterinarian prior to any lodging, day play, or spa service.
Proof of required vaccinations must be submitted before check-in to help us maintain a healthy and happy resort experience for everyone.

* Please Do Not bring your pet for a Trial Day, Day Camp or Boarding if he/she is ill.
In addition to the vaccination requirements, all pets must be on a continuous treatment to prevent fleas and ticks.
